kind staffgreat location
the staff was very kind , warm and helpful. the location by parque das nações placed everything at my fingertips.
the sky bar on the top floor was inaccessible during my two-night stay. there was no privileged access for hotel guests , unlike other places.

The hotel location WORKED perfectly for my travel! It was close to public transport. The room offered ample space and I appreciated its cleanliness. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items, it was all SO fresh.
The jacuzzi temperature wasn't quite as warm as I would have liked.

lovely stay, a few little hiccups
great locationattentive service
The breakfast had many options and was of great quality. the staff were very helpful. They looked after you at all times. the hotel is in a prime location with easy access to transport and vasco da gama shopping center. dinner at the sky garden restaurant was good value, and the service was attentive and efficient.
Check-in took a while, and i noticed others experienced the same. i booked a long time ago. my room seemed designed for disabled access, not what i expected considering the price. Waiting times could be long during peak hours.

the superior room had comfortable beds. the room included a coffee maker for an espresso. the room had good sound isolation despite being near trains. (this was a big plus!)

the check-in process was excellent, and i was shown to my room. the bathroom supplies were good quality. the breakfast had lots of choice with good timing.
the double bed seemed quite narrow and felt slightly uncomfortable.
